Here’s a problem
A nice couple have had builders in & he’s done the bathroom, tiled all looks nice but…
He’s cut the 2 pipe for the shower too short & now it’s tiled the shower can’t be fitted!
I’ve seen plenty of different shower fittings but the pipes out of the wall are probably 10mm max now.
Has anyone used or knows of something?
Failing this it tiles off, hole in wall & extend pipes job.
I feel sorry for them as the builder is not not interested. Probably paid most of why he’s owed.
Cheers all

Carefully cut the tiles around the copper pipe. Use the Chinky expanders/ swagging tool to form a socket, solder a copper tail on & then bang on the surface fitting bracket👍👍👍

Since its a new install the tiles i assume are readily available, i would just do much the same as Dick suggested.
However, i”ve seen me cut into the shower pipes from another room if the stud wall allows it because the tiles installed were no longer available.

another way if its soldered elbows in the wall, unsweat them , preload two new pieces of copper with solder, shove them in quick turn to spread the solder and let cool,
