Who’s product do you feel keeps the black colour best as I find pipework fades far to easy compared to any of the fittings?

Funny you should ask, I was at an old Barratt Site today & it was all white, RW & external SVPs etc, they were still looking very clean & new. Got to be >10years old!!
The Site I’m currently on, though internal soils & wastes, we use all white.
But as Tom has said, most colours fade.

What puzzles me is the fittings show little to no fading compared to the pipe!

Fittings and pipe are often fairly different materials and thicknesses. I find soil Fittings are often quite shiny compared to pipe.
