So the under sink Redring water heater trips out.
New tap fitted but continues to trip out @ needs manual resetting after it’s used twice which is in the MI’s.
Customer said he now wants a 6 litre heater put on.
I looked at the mi’s & it need 1.7m clear run of copper pipe to first draw off which there is nowhere near that so a separate expansion vessel is needed adding to cost (not my problem).
The customer is a LL and a skinflint
I’ll possibly walk away from this one due to his short arms & deep pockets.
Anyone fitted something under a sink that’ll serve the sink & basin next door?
Cheers all

I always fit either 10 or 15L ariston water heaters, they are fantastic little units.

Firstly, imo as soon as I start thinking "i might want to walk away from this" - I walk the f away. Not sure what you are asking about the pipe run vs expansion. Mi's is mi's 6 litres isn't worth fitting- defo the ariston 10 or preferably 15.

With regards to fitting the tundish. How can I get this into the waste?

You can use a Tesla dry trap tundish Rocky and terminate it into a waste pipe
