I've taken a few out and replaced with standard taps, I've never fitted any from new! It's always that gimmicky flexi pull-out hose that goes. Anything that retracts, twists and moves like that supplying water is not going to be a long-term success.
"They seemed like such a good idea at the time" is what one of the customers said to me!
One more future contender for the ever-growing museum of failed plumbing ideas.

Anther type that are not very satisfactory are those , coloured outlet types, They use 8 mm feed pipes and it takes about 10 minutes to fill a kettle and you can drink a full cup of tea while you're waiting for the sink to fill, If you have a poor hot water supply, you'll soon get pissed off with those,

I don't understand why a hose is needed for a sink. Fill a cup and rinse your sink out. You don't need the direct spray of a hose. How far away from the sink is water needed? Sorry I'll shut up now but I agree with Tappy, it's a failed plumbing idea which is built with only one eventual outcome.....it will go wrong.
But maybe they're great😁
