Hello
A small weep from the prv at the top of an unvented. It’s where the prv screws into the cylinder.
Is it just a case of isolating cold feed, dropping pressure & a hose on drain off to empty some water out, unscrew prv, re ptfe & screw back on?
Cylinder is 12 months old.
It doesn’t weep all of the time which is weird. Maybe just when water is being heated, I don’t know.

Don't forget the first check is always at the expansion vessel (to see if it's charged with air). If the prv is screwed directly into the cylinder it will be a combined pressure and temperature relief valve that you'll need rocky. Nice to have a plumbing question again ! PS After re-reading not sure if it's leaking at the cylinder or passing water into the tun dish, either way both matters have been covered.
