As a DIY Dafty, I had to watch that a few times but it did make me laugh although its Daftys like that that keep GasSafe in business.
Looks like the flue pipe is the right diameter coming out of the wall (100 mm?) but I got confused a bit when it entered the downpipe as it looks much smaller there. Is there a reducer on there?
In any event, I wouldn't feel safe breathing the air inside that house.

Gas Safe is failing the people of the UK. Like all these quangos, they’re fucking useless.
A Six Week course cowboy can be let loose on the unsuspecting British Public. How can that be safe?
