 Looks to me like it's been a plumbers surplus stock boiler which as been slowly raided for spares over the past 10 years and never replaced! It always happens when you start to do this to your stock!! Good luck on trying to sell it!!!

Though maybe a bargain for an expert like my good self Dafty, I’d not recommend it for someone a wee bit hard of thinking.
There could be numerous faults on it!!!
