Connecting garden hose pipe to PVC pipe

Hello all,

I've just watched Tom's video about flushing the heating system using the garden tap / hose connected to PVC pipes and a washing machine hose. This one here:




I can connect plastic piping to the washing machine hose using a brass compress union. I've got that bit.

But how could I connect the plastic garden hose to the PVC pipe? Would you use compression too? Would I need some type of pipe insert to keep the seal good?

Any help would be much appreciated!

A bit of 15mm copper tube & push your Garden hose over that, use a Jubilee clip to tighten it on👍👍
