Was asked today about when a washing machine waste water is pumped out the vertical waste pipe that's inserted with the wm waste leaks from the top. It's also sealed
I think a partial blockage
Any thoughts?
It doesn't gush out but does leak
Thx

It's also sealed I think a partial blockage Any thoughts? It doesn't gush out but does leak Thx The last one I got like that was due to the machine being so good at pumping out it was splashing back and on the wash empty cycle creating bubbles so I cured it by allowing the machine pipe go into the vertical waste another inch or so and secured it in place with a tie wrap. Also very few people put there machine on a 90+ cycle and that's meant to remove any excess crud which collects from there lower temperature wash cycles which cleans the vertical stand pipe.
