Got one for fischer bolts, never tried it going into plugs but works a treat into timber, mark up and pre drill as usual, but instead of winding it in with a shifter, stick the nut all the way down the bolt and chuck it up in your drill and wind it in with that. if the threads get a little damaged no sweat when you wind the nut back off it sorts em out. Done it loads of times and only once i couldn't just spin the nut off by hand, once i wound the nut off no problems. Probably already know it but showed a couple people recently who'd never seen it. Tom you couldn't do a video on that tip cause I can't get my head around the advise?

Another wee tip; if you need to cut a 110mm UPVC soil pipe flush or in a location where you can't get a saw in. Get a cutting of M10 threaded rod, two nuts & a large mud guard washer. Bolt the washer between the two nuts at one end, cut several slots in the washer. Next put it in your drill & cut the pipe from the inside out.

It's got me out of bother a few times DP! Just make sure your drill chuck has got a good hold on the M10 rod! Or you could be in a whole world of shit if it lets go LOL Do a video Tomp! ._.

Toothache is a sore thing, but not as sore as a sore thing. I got mine jammed in a virgin once.

A really tough Scotsman that I once worked with asked me if I've ever pulled any of my own teeth out?
"Strangely enough no" I replied.
"Oh it's not too bad, you just numb it with whiskey first then you work it back and forth with pliers and you'll be surprised how quickly it becomes loose"!!!!
"The worst bit is when it's just hanging by the nerve end, then you just have to go for it with a sharp pull downwards, yeeeowe it does kill you for a few seconds but then it's all over"
No, I don't think it was Dick who was telling me this!
I don't advise anyone to try this.
It is more a reflection of the occasional mad person you meet during your working life as a plumber.
