Don't forget, jetblue and similar joint sealing compounds and some fluxes can PERMANENTLY mark the chrome finish on new brassware. Once you've done your pipework, wash or wipe your hands carefully before installing the new taps!

Tip of the day👍 well, it maybe not a Plumbing Tip, more for Boiler Engineers.
Check a cartridge fuse, yes a Plug Top type fuse, with your Smart Phone.
If you place the Fuse down on the screen & touch the other end of the fuse with your finger & the phone springs to life, then the fuse is good👍👍 If the screen stays blank, the fuse is blown.
