you're welcome, for some strange reason out from door chime was going off in the night, luckily for me I'm a deep sleeper but the missus was upset, so she woke me up and i unplugged it, I reconnected this morning and its ok, I'm wondering are there people about trying doorbells to see who's awake??

boiler needs a new diverter.....
alarm was bell box, batteries inside corroded and separated causing a short....shiny new box fitted system all tested and working fine.
