In a nut shell I'm going to take out downpipe rebuild in 110mm then use 68mm downpipe as the vent,can anybody see problem with this Attachment Deleted

Also soil pipe vent has to be 1 Metre above the highest window for smells coming into the house.

Also, are you thinking of putting the gutter into the waste?
I think it needs the be separate these days?
A customer of mine had hers going into soil stack & Thames water told her to reroute it of which I did.

As it is now,it's combined,so at running outlet bad smell s could still come out.

A customer of mine had hers going into soil stack & Thames water told her to reroute it of which I did. New house yes separate storm and foul drains Rocky but there's plenty old systems which are mixed so can't be separated.

Also she was told to reroute washing mashing from rainwater to soil. I have no idea how they found out but it was an official warning letter threatening if she didn’t sort it out they would for a fee!

Might have to rebuild in 110,and send rain water to soak away... it's recking my head this job👍

I'd just put a tee in endfeed at the top of the 110 stack a short piece of pipe with an external AAV, so the down pipe goes in the top of the tee and the AAV out of the side of the .
