I see a big problem with running the gutter in the vent, suppose your drain blocks, the water from the gutter goes down the pipe and comes out of your toilet into the house,  its a 1 in a 1000 chance, but it can happen, |

I'd do that endfeed, put a shoe on and drain it on the surface, Or if you have a garden use a water barrel |

 My old gaffer actually did that on his own house he was very proud of R/W outlet going into the top of the soil pipe. He would do away with the soakaways and always fall the new guttering into the waste water hopper saying soakaways are rubbish. Ignorance is bliss, so they say.
