He's taking the cold water from the storage tank and returned it back to the top of the cylinder via the 22mm compression T?

Or he's connected one of the pump discharges to the mixed outlet side of the shower valve so allowing away back to the cylinder or storage tank?

I think the isolations are on the in an out on the hot connections an no isolation on cold side to pump?

It's those clever images but could we have the hot pump feed being taken from the top of the cylinder at the T then returned back to the same point lower down on the compression T?

The tee for the hot (shower pipe)has been tee'd to close to hot pipe from tank,causing it to cavitate.

maybe service valves installed wrong way round on hot an cold to pump an valves are faulty an not isolating  |

Look at the dynamics guys.
Pump was working but is now burnt out- airing cupboard upstairs and shower room downstairs - guy has turned all water off and all taps have stopped running but when he turns shower valve on it runs ?
