To be honest, doing what he's doing you'd be faster with a ring spanner or socket and keep your knuckles, another cheap shite gimmick.

Time will tell how useful👍 Aye, you get a lot of gravity for your money. Hope you get on with them Dick, they may feel a bit unwieldy at first but once you get used to them they are great. I find it is best to set the jaws a bit loose which is counterintuitive but it lets the ratchet plate work properly. Let us know what you think. |

I wonder how good it really is, I bet it's just a nut fucker.  I`ve had mine a few years and never fucked any nuts, the adjustment is nice to use and has never rusted of stiffened up. They are perfect for compression fittings and if I lost mine I would buy another pair without hesitation. Just like normal adjustables, they aren't suitable for every occasion but they don't suffer from the problem of the jaws spreading inbetween turns like some do and the ratcheting is handy once you have got used to it. Edit - Btw, do you watch aVe on youtube by any chance? |

One day you will be a man plumber BOY and realise that playing with a glorified meccano set does not make you a big boy. I don't need to try harder, this "diy`er" has just plumbed in a £40,000 kitchen, bathrooms in £150,000 renovation etc etc and I don't even look for plumbing work, it finds me through reccomendations. As it happens I also do most trades except groundworks, bricklaying and roofing to a better standard than most one trick ponies, (sorry, "specialists" pfft), so much so I don't have time for much plastering anymore. And you think you are special because you can join some pipe and it (usually) doesn't leak.  I might not know it all but I know there is not much you could teach me boy. |
