been using tec tight today, bloody love the stuff!!! What's your favourite push fit? ?? Mind it looks good Endfeed and it's ideal to prevent cabinet torch damage but I'm a lover of solder and smoke. However, I eagerly await for others to say what form of the push fit range they would use in their own home.

I've got a little bit of John Guest in my home, it's a 1/2'' tap connector feeding the fill valve to my vanity wc. Which reminds me, I get a couple of seconds of water coming into the pan as the cistern finishes filling up, I need to have a look at it but cba cutting the silicone to the top panel to get it off then re-doing it. I might do it next month

Looks well that EF, but that TT stuff is a nightmare to get off once on.
Guess what? I've no push fit at all in my own home!
Because you can unscrew it, (thus making it easy to get it off) I'll vote for JG as my favourite push fit fittings.

I’m not a lover of push fit but ifs it’s hidden it’s John guest for me
That tectite looks good but how about if you want it off? Does it render the fitting useless?

JG for me too. Don't use a lot, but sometimes it saves lots of aggro. Few months ago I had to run a new cold supply through to flat above shop. Front door of shop was on front next to shop window/frontage at ground level. The cold main entered under floor just inside door. With JG pipe I went all the way from front door under floor to back of building, up inside a cupboard to first floor where flat is, then up again in a void all the way up to loft. Managed to do all this with single length of 15mm pex pipe. No joins. Would have taken ages with copper.

Tec tight sprint is slim line and looks nice, but as you say rocky you have to hack um off. These ones I've used in photo are called Tec tight classic, bit bulky but have release collors and the fitting can be reused 👍🏼

Cheers. That’s a handy tool as well
The stuff I had to hack off couldn’t have been tectite.
It was like shark bit.
Never seen it again & certainly never used it
Cheers

The National Builder’s on my sites are specifying Poly Plumb, so we’ve got to use it. Oh fuck!! What shite it is!! Fitting blow off under test, usually around 7Bar. I’ve pushed tube into fitting & can just pull them out again, the grab ring just doesn’t grab!!
my personal choice is Hep2o, good system👍👍👍
