Some pump diagnosis :

Pump randomly turns on and off on : isolate outlet hoses and if it stops you have a leak (normally a shower valve letting by). If it continues and it's a negative head pump the vessel is low on charge or PCB is knackered.

Pump kicks in on & off a few times after you've shut an outlet : This was more common on the earlier pumps and fitting a couple of non return valves on the outlet pipe work from the pump would resolve it.

Pump does not kick in on demand : check one of the flow sensors have not come off.

Pump won't shut down : flow sensors are knackered.
