I was a bit perplexed recently by a thread on one of these FB Pages; basically they were saying they only do boilers & no Plumbing???!!!
WTF??!! What a boring cunt he must be eh??!! I couldn’t live without my mix of all sorts, one day you’re fitting a Bathroom Suite, the next it’s full Central Heating & a couple of boiler services/repairs on the way home. Where’s the demarcation line; ‘Oh sorry Mrs I cant repair your Expansion tank ballvalve, that’s a Plumbers’ job’!!! What a load of ballox!!

I find more and more plumbers wish to keep away from bathrooms as the product failures within the warranty period means to many FOCs expected and customers slagging you off for products they bought and you only installed isn't worth the loot. Other than the above most will tackle whatever will pay a good return in the way of repairs. New boiler installs are very cut throat and some would install at a loss to get them signed up to a finance deal for the kick back off the finance company. |

Its CC's and ccc's they get their 6 weeks course on plumbing and struggle like fuck, so then they invest further for their gassafe, they need a portfolio and to get this they have to work free for a firm serviceing gas boilers, so they service gas boilers and find 90% of the time, its a take off the panel, clean it out put it back and fuck off, easy peasy, they then get the mind set of, why struggle like a cunt all day, when i can ride about cleaning boilers, hence the boiler engineer was born,  |

Worrying, half these daft cunts shouldn’t leave home unaided, let alone work on gas appliances!!! A big FM company went tits up this week here in Scotland, they were doing boiler servicing for LA’s for a tenner a pop!!😟😟😟 |

this week I’ve changed two compressors on air to water units , fixed boilers, domestic and commercial and tried getting my head round the new 8000 controls which was a head fuck. Now I need to lie down in a dark room and have a pint

Totally agree mr puller.
