Here's a tip from Dafty. In the hot weather, if the lady you're servicing is a looker, remember there are no rules as far as I know about angling the tap pipe hole left or right. Obviously it should point down towards the sunbed to improve the view ensure rain water drips out but left/right there are no restrictions. If you've aimed it right you also get the bonus at the end by "accidentally" having water shoot out of the hole onto the sunbed - definitely recommended for those ladies who like to wear t-shirts.

Good price. The plate and tube is a fiver at Toolstation on its own, so Mr Central Heating is very good price.

personally, I don't like those toolstation pipe/adaptors, that flange is too small so you cannot get a good fixing in the wall, the pipe lenght is too short so you have to solder a coupling on , I like to use an elbow pointing down as I come through the wall then a back plate elbow, so in Winter you can turn off the iso valve inside and fully drain the pipe work by just opening the tap, whereas, if the tube/flange toolstation gadget is back falling in the wall, it can frost burst in the wall,

The US made non-freeze taps are good. Fitted a couple to a workshop in Jan. Not cheap, but they can be used all year round. The valve part of the tap isn't in the tap part outside, it's at the end of the tube in side the wall - linked to the handle by a long rod.

Mind I like the Yanks gear it's so well thought out, I will keep it in mind if I'm given the problem to solve as the video sold it to me!
