Has he/they registered the boiler? Is the Room Thermostat Open Therm connected? All of these things are very important to get the most economic running costs & are legal requirements.

I take it they didn’t flush the system?
If not, now it’s been in a week or so I’d check the filter & wash it if necessary.
Hopefully it’s accessible.
Will you be using the company again? We’re they ok?

As an aside, my system is very dirty and quite big too (22 rads). I'm too mean to pay for a power flush so tend to flush it out every year which I do twice - I figure I get most of the crap out the first time then fill up and mix around and repeat.
Do newer boilers have smaller bore heatexchangers making them vulnerable to blockage or what is the reason to have a power flush first?

Don't want to piss on your chips Dafty but, flushing regular is not good, the reason why is, Oxygen and water produce rust which is harmful, because in a heating system air cannot enter so the water turns black, ( that is good) , If you re flush too often you let more air in and, that will allow more rust to form, So, depending on your area and the softness of the water, black water is GOOD but, If its sludgy and thick, That's not good, Here in Wigan we have good water and I've flushed my system with cold water and fairy liquid when and if its required, My boiler has never had a filter and It never will while I'm alive because, Its not needed in my area There's a lot of bullshit sold today, you gotta use your own instinct in a lot of stuff today, even Covid learned us, why are doing what we are told when, those who are telling us, are not

Unfortunately, it's also opened up a whole new job market in the "how clean is the water in your central heating system" that never existed before.

The FE tank tends to have lots of mould and all sorts of weird crap in it after a year. But good news from what you say - I'll delay it next time to 2 or 3 years.

Honestly, would you say putting in a couple of litres of (lets say Tesco's own brand) washing up liquid would be almost as good as a purposely made product? I might just try it next time....
